At Value for Schools, our partnerships are built on shared purpose. Our work with Howden reflects a genuine commitment to improving wellbeing across education.

Baasit Siddiqui is proud to support Howden wellbeing initiatives in schools, helping to raise awareness of the importance of ensuring young people feel seen and supported. This shared focus is what makes the partnership so effective.

Through this collaboration, Baasit has joined the Howden team at education events to highlight the importance of wellbeing, created video content to share insights into the support available for educators, students and families, and helped raise awareness of Howden’s wellbeing survey. This survey continues to bring forward the real experiences and challenges young people face.

A key initiative within this partnership is the Pupil Wellbeing Prize, which Baasit proudly supports as a judge. It recognises and celebrates schools that are placing wellbeing at the heart of their culture.

Howden’s work in education is centred around listening, understanding and responding to the needs of school communities. Their approach aligns closely with the values at Value for Schools, where wellbeing is seen as essential to student success, staff wellbeing and a positive school culture.

Together, this partnership is helping schools move from awareness to action and ensuring wellbeing becomes part of everyday practice.
